RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Jewelry (unless received damaged)
• Bodysuits
• Shapewear
• Bathing suits
• Underwear
• Nipple covers
• Breast tape
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:

2 Log into your account using the same email used at checkout for your order
3 Select your order
4 Click Request Return and follow the prompts
All return requests must be submitted within the 14-day return window & shipped out within 5 days of return approval. If it is not shipped out within 5 days. The approved return is voided. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and approved if it meets our policy requirements.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, so we will deduct them from your store credit if we provided a return label. If you ship on your own, we will not deduct shipping from store credit. Please be advised that we do not return your initial shipping cost. We already shipped to you, and that is final and not returnable.
• You may use your preferred shipping carrier, but MUST HAVE tracking. If we provide one to you, please follow the instructions.

Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:
• Store credit will be issued via email
• Credit will be tied to the email used at checkout and you must log in to your account to use it for your next order, so that it will come up and you can use it at checkout. Please look at the link that Shopify provides to see how you are able to use store credit.
Condition of Returns (Important)
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If a returned item is received:
• With stains
• With makeup, deodorant marks, odors, or visible wear
• Damaged or altered in any way
The return will be rejected.
If you would like the item shipped back to you:
• A reshipping fee will be required
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
We are not responsible for returning rejected items unless shipping is paid.
Please ensure items are in acceptable condition before sending them back.

How to Return an Item
Returning an item is quick and easy. Follow the steps below:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if it does not arrive as expected. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide exchanges and returns (for store credit only) for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- All items would need to be purchased originally from ALX Couture

If one the above conditions are not met, we are unfortunately unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless if the items have been shipped back to us.
Sale item(s), jewelry, and intimates are non-exchangeable nor returnable either at our retail boutique or online.
RETURNS ONLINE
3.1 Visit our website and login to your account with your email that you used to make purchase
3.2 All requests for returns will be exchanged for store credit. Exchanges are not available online. No refunds will be given.
3.3 No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
3.4 However, if any of the products received are deemed defective or a wrong shipment, Alexandriabrandao.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of Alexandriabrandao.com.

Refunds for store credit are only available within 14 days from the date you received your package. We don't do refunds. Exchanges can only be done in store at ALX Couture. Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice and reason for returning. Please write if you would like to exchange or return for store credit and specify what you would like to exchange it for.
Final Sale & Sale item are FINAL SALE. If you would like to exchange for a different size you may do that but are responsible for both shipping costs.

It is the customers responsibility to take care of any shipping charges of items being returned or shipped back to us.
Once we get your package we will issue a store credit minus initial shipping costs. Then you can reorder whatever you would like to exchange for.

Received a damaged, incorrect or are missing an item in your package:
Once you receive the order please check each item throughly to asses if there is any incorrect items, damages or you believe you are missing an item. Should this happen please email SHOPalexandriabrandao@GMAIL.com within 3 days of delivery date. In the email please provide a picture, a description and your order number. Once we have received your email, a member of our AB team will get back to you with a return label or information on how to move forward.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CORONAVIRUS, We have a delay. For damages and incorrect item, please ship back right away with packing slip with explanation and we will ship back correct and new items and refund shipping cost we see on package. Ship back to us WITHOUT box. Email us at orders@alexandriabrandao.com with tracking number and right when we get your package we process it and send right back to you with correct item and refund shipping to you.
Pre-Order
A pre-order is a way to reserve your favorite item while its is not in stock yet. The reason we do pre-orders is because the product is on high demand and we want to make sure you are able to wear your favorite Alexandria Brandao shoes.
Estimated dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.
Pre-Orders cannot be CANCELED/REFUNDED once placed.
The reason pre-orders cannot be refunded is because we order it upon request.

Returned to Sender and Refused Packages:
This may happen for a myriad of reasons
- An address is invalid or missing information
- The carrier is unable to deliver your package.
- The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will receive a credit minus the initial charge of shipping. We are unable to replace or reship in these cases as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Please feel free to use the store credit to place a new order using the correct address.
Note: we are unable to make changes to orders that have already been placed and are in our system. To ensure that your order is properly delivered, make sure that the address you provide is entered correctly and includes any relevant information. Alexandria Brandao does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly deliver shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
