If you select local pickup at checkout:

• Your order will NOT be shipped  
• Orders are ready within 48 hours

You can track your order at any time by logging into your account.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Shoes by Alexandria Brandao, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within the US for orders over $100. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports, and Jurong Island.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in, and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly, and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the checkout page, as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto-calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

Please note, we are NOT responsible for addresses that are wrongfully entered at checkout or stolen packages. Make sure you enter the address correctly and that the address we are shipping to is a deliverable address. You are also responsible for answering our emails in case you entered an unverified address. We are NOT responsible if you do not answer our emails on time to verify the address for high-demand items. In the case that you did not answer on time, you will automatically be added to that item's waiting list. 

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing, and dispatching of the order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Standard Shipping – All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Shipping fees are dependent on your location and the quantity of the order. You may use the shipping calculator at checkout to retrieve the cost of shipping for your order before making a payment. Shoes by Alexandria Brandao does provide FREE Priority Shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. You may use the shipping calculator at checkout to retrieve the cost of shipping for your order before making a payment. Shoes by Alexandria Brandao does provide FREE shipping on all international orders over $100.

Shoes by Alexandria Brandao is not responsible or liable for any stolen or misplaced packages. We advise you to enter a valid and safe address in order to avoid any inconveniences.  

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express, and PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do not accept any other forms of payment.

 


5. EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY (ONLINE SHOP)

 Exchange or store credit is only available within 14 days from the date you received your package. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with a copy of your invoice and reason for returning, along with an authorized return number.

If you'd like to return and/or exchange your package, you must send us an email to shopalexandriabrandao@gmail.com in order to receive an authorized return number 

It is the customer's responsibility to take care of any shipping charges for items being returned or shipped back to you. Customer must provide the tracking number for packages being returned and must have a return authorization number attached.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY (ONLINE SHOP)

Exchange or store credit is only available within 14 days from the date you received your package. We don't do refunds. Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with a copy of your invoice and the reason for returning. Please write if you would like to exchange or return for store credit, and specify what you would like to exchange it for.

Final Sale & Sale items are FINAL SALE. If you would like to exchange for a different size, you may do that, but you are responsible for both shipping costs.

Send back to us with or without the box, but needs to have a travel bag along with shoes.

Once we get your package, we will issue a store credit minus the initial shipping costs.  Then you can reorder whatever you would like to exchange for.

Received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item in your package: 

Once you receive the order, please check each item thoroughly to assess if there are any incorrect items, damages, or if you believe you are missing an item. Should this happen, please email shopalexandriabrandao@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date. In the email, please provide a picture, a description, and your order number. Once we have received your email, a member of our AB team will get back to you with a return label or information on how to move forward.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CORONAVIRUS, we have a delay. For damages and incorrect items, please ship back right away with a packing slip with an explanation, and we will ship back the correct and new items and refund the shipping cost we see on the package. Ship back to us WITHOUT the box. Email us at shopalexandriabrandao@gmail.com with the tracking number, and right when we get your package, we process it and send it right back to you with the correct item and refund shipping to you. 

 

 Pre-Order 

A pre-order is a way to reserve your favorite item while it is not in stock yet. The reason we do pre-orders is that the product is in high demand, and we want to make sure you are able to wear your favorite Alexandria Brandao shoes. 

 Estimated dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur.

 Pre-Orders cannot be CANCELED/REFUNDED once placed.   

 The reason pre-orders cannot be refunded is that we order them upon request.

 Returned to Sender and Refused Packages: 

This may happen for a myriad of reasons 

  1. An address is invalid or missing information 
  2. The carrier is unable to deliver your package. 
  3. The order was refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked, and you will receive a credit minus the initial charge of shipping. We are unable to replace or reship in these cases, as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Please feel free to use the store credit to place a new order using the correct address. 

 Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that have already been placed and are in our system. To ensure that your order is properly delivered, make sure that the address you provide is entered correctly and includes any relevant information. Alexandria Brandao does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
